Basic Refresh
For anyone who has completed the basic course
We are so excited to invite you to join the first ever Basic Refresh Course. It’s going to be a grand adventure. We’ll revisit the laws of the universe that enable to thrive versus merely survive. There will be opportunities to share and receive coaching, plus we’ll do some fun group exercises. We will support each other to get back on track in those places we may have strayed a bit. We’ll remember the magic of being ourselves, truly, and the joy of being with others committed to doing the same.

This course will be similar to the Self Mastery Basic Course with a few next twists! Highly interactive experience, with some lecture-ettes, immersive exercises with another person or in a small group, sharing, discussions, questions, closed-eye processes, writing and lots of music.
